Gheran Perdemond is a Malvanian sorcerer who studies at the prestigious Donovan Institute.  He specialises in computer science.  He is intelligent and eager to please but not overly ambitious.  He has a quiet and reticent demeanour.  He can become nervous and uncomfortable when meeting new people or having to adapt to new situations.  He is a good friend of Lady Anwyn Menehari.

Nevyn Barteleyev (original birth name: Nevyn Horaath) is a Malvanian thief, mercenary and computer expert.  He grew up among the Silent Order of Thieves, where he learned his dubious trade.  He is arrogant, ambitious and financially motivated.  He has a perpetually cynical and jaded demeanour and lacks sympathy or empathy.  Unfortunate and desperate circumstances led him to seek employment with the Carpathians.  He ended up working for Lord Claudio Scalani at the Geryalah enclave.
